We landed in Bergamo airport and went to Mandello del Lario. It was too late for public transport, so we had booked a transfer, but it didn't show up and the phone number did not respond. Thus, we had to wait for the next available taxi and pay the regular fee which was quite steep.
The next day we did a steep hike up to Rifugio Bietti-Buzzi, which had a great atmosphere, people working there and location.
The third day we went on day hikes around Rifugio Bietti-Buzzi.
The fifth day we did some sightseeing around Bellagio and returned to Bergamo.
